Today marks the 75th anniversary of the 21st Amendment - Repeal of Prohibition! How often can you celebrate the Constitution and Drinking at the same time?

Too heavy? Well, you can peruse this list of Blue Law states. My favorite? Easy:
Louisiana: A permit may be issued to any type of business except a donut shop (viz., sells donuts, pastries or other confections, and does not prepare and regularly serve other uncooked foods). (La. Rev. Stat. ยงยง 26-73.1 & 26-273(7).)
In other news, Baton Rouge really, really needs to repeal it’s blue laws.
